Terms of Use

Welcome to Listen Online Radio. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The Service

Listen Online Radio is a directory that helps you discover and stream live radio stations and podcasts. We link to and embed streams hosted by third-party broadcasters and creators — we don't own or control that content.

Accounts

Some features, like favoriting stations or managing a station listing, require an account. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

When using Listen Online Radio, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or infringing station or podcast listings.
• Post spam, harassment, or unlawful content in comments or ratings.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer the service without permission.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

Content You Submit

Comments, ratings, station submissions, and other content you post remain yours, but you grant us a license to display and distribute them as part of the service. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

Third-Party Streams & Podcasts

Stations and podcasts listed here are operated by independent broadcasters and creators. We aren't responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of their streams — that's between you and them.

Intellectual Property

The Listen Online Radio name, logo, and site design are our property. Station logos, artwork, and audio remain the property of their respective owners. See our DMCA Policy for how we handle infringement claims.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Listen Online Radio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aren't liable for interruptions, inaccuracies, or losses arising from your use of the service or any third-party stream it links to.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
