Listen Online Radio respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the service to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Reporting Infringement

If you believe content available through Listen Online Radio — a station listing, logo, podcast episode, or comment — infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (a URL is best).
• Your contact information — address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you're authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address, including your name, contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.

Repeat Infringers

We may terminate accounts or listings belonging to users who are found to be repeat infringers.

Third-Party Streams

Live radio streams and podcast episodes are hosted by the broadcasters and creators themselves. If your complaint concerns the audio content of a stream rather than its listing on Listen Online Radio, you may also need to contact the broadcaster or podcast host directly.
