"We highly appreciate the communication service rendered by Rajarata Sevaya, the first regional radio service of the Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation. We are deeply grateful to all of you. Under the name 'Nuwarakalaviya Radio Sarasaviya', we listen to your service on many occasions for our academic studies. It is due to the high quality of your service that we have the opportunity to listen to excellent programmes and a well-refined art of communication. Victory to you all!"
The program lineup is very good. If possible, start 24-hour service.
