Radio Swiss Pop Description:
Radio Swiss Pop is a music station of Swiss Satellite Radio, a division of SRG SSR, the public service broadcaster in Switzerland. The program reaches over 800,000 people across Switzerland every day. From 1956 to 1998 Radio Swiss Pop was a special program of the existing Swiss telephone broadcast. Radio Swiss Pop’s sister programs are Radio Swiss Classic and Radio Swiss Jazz.
At the beginning of March 2020, the SRG announced that the Swiss Pop radio station would be sold and will be operated from September 2020 by BNJ Suisse SA, which is based in western Switzerland.
